I stayed in the Adelphi Guest House Dublin last week. The rooms were very nice and the bed very comfortable. I had expected that there would be a lot of traffic noise as we were so close to Dublin city centre. However, unlike some Hotels in Dublin that I had stayed in before, this was a quiet and relaxing location. Everything is so close, I done some shopping in O’Connell Street and then went to the Abbey Theatre; everything is within a few minutes of the Adelphi. The staff were friendly and the breakfast set me up for the day, as I went about visiting Dublin Castle and Stephen’s Green. I would have to commend the Adelphi Guest House who have been able to maintain the history and traditions of a fine Guest house as well as the tradition of true customer service.
